Introduction

Welcome to Madison House Wellness Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, coaching programs, guided meditations and all the content we share including redirects to sub-domains and third-party websites (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. 

 

Description of Services

Madison House Wellness Inc. provides self-development and wellness-related Services, including:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• Online courses and educational programs
• Guided meditations
• Retreats

All Services are delivered online or in person. Our offerings are intended for personal development and educational purposes only.

 

Age Requirement

By enrolling in or participating in any coaching sessions, courses, or other services offered by Madison House Wellness Inc., you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18, you may not use or access our services. Madison House Wellness Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel accounts that do not meet this age requirement.

 

Refund and Payment Policy

At Madison House Wellness Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality services, courses, and resources.

• All sales are final; no refunds are offered once a purchase is completed.
• In exceptional circumstances (illness or an inability to attend with at least 24 hours notice) a credit will be offered for future services and a date will be rescheduled, but refunds are not provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee.
• If there is a postponed event by the host, a date will be rescheduled, but refunds will not be provided.
• For payment plan products, installments are automatically charged as scheduled and cannot be canceled. Access to courses/resources is suspended if payments stop or fail, until all outstanding amounts are paid.

Accepted payment methods include: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and e-transfer. Canadian sales tax (GST/HST or QST) applies only to clients residing in Canada. If you live outside of Canada, no Canadian tax will be added to your session fee. Payments can be made in either Canadian dollars (CAD) or U.S. dollars (USD) — please indicate your preferred currency when booking.

  

No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Madison House Wellness Inc. and its representatives are not licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic professionals.

The information, coaching, and meditations provided are for educational and self-development purposes only. Nothing provided should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes related to your health or wellbeing.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except as required by law (risk of harm, court order). Clients agree to keep proprietary materials confidential.

 

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, course content, videos, and guided meditations, are the intellectual property of Madison House Wellness Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, share, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent. 

 

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By using the services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madison House Wellness Inc., its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the services or content,
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or
• Any content you upload, share, or submit.

Madison House Wellness Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, third-party content, or unauthorized access to your account, regardless of the legal basis for such claims.

All services, content, and information provided by Madison House Wellness Inc. or its affiliates are for educational and personal development purposes only. They represent personal opinions, and experiences, and are not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice.

You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, and any outcomes from participating in courses, coaching, or using resources are entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, results/outcomes during and after participation in our programs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Ontario.
